I
have 20+ years experience as a Controller/CFO helping to
run
companies in six different industries.
I am currently serving as an interim or part-time CFO for companies involved in manufacturing, construction, transportation and computer services. Several of these companies have been in business less than six months. Typically I work in ½ day sessions with business owners as this is convenient for them and focuses each meeting on accomplishing specific objectives.
I
have made life easier for these business owners by taking
care of administrative and other issues that they preferred
not to handle personally, or in house.. They now focus on
what they do best - and leave the rest to me.
